Fine Arts

"...Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness" - Psalm 29:2

  • The arts are important in a truly Christian education because they share with the core studies the very purpose of Christian education, to develop in the student the image of God in Christ. We seek to teach our students to seek that which is best and most beautiful; not as an end in itself, but to the end that they may be “throughly furnished unto all good works” (2 Tim. 3:17).

  • Our fine arts program identifies and develops students’ abilities and provides them with many opportunities to use those gifts in worship and service to Christ. Students may exercise their gifts during extracurricular events throughout the school year, enter competitions with other schools around the state, and even earn the opportunity to compete on the national level.

“We are free to create, as long as we never forget that we are slaves to Jesus.”

- Francis Schaeffer

Student Spiritual Leadership

Students are encouraged to develop leadership, character, and a heart for ministry through meaningful opportunities to serve both inside and outside the classroom.

Students participate in ministry opportunities such as singing or playing instruments in chapel services, ministering in assisted living facilities, participating in student prayer meetings, and serving within their local churches. Students grow into faithful Christian leaders who are prepared to use their lives to honor and serve the Lord wherever He calls them.
